Areola Reduction
Some women naturally have large areolas and are perfectly happy. Others may develop them as they age and wish to have them reduced to provide a more pleasing balance and shape. This is a fairly routine cosmetic procedure in which the resulting scars are well positioned around the outer edge of the reshaped and resized areola and virually invisible. It is often performed at the same time as the uplift procedure.
Nipple Reduction
Patients that have nipples that are too large for their breast shape and size may elect to have them reduced in size. This is routinely performed as an outpatient procedure and consists of the removal of a central segment of nipple or, more commonly, removal of an end section.
